Very unprofessional, booked the load fro Reno NV to Fremont NE. Came to the pick up 1 hour ahead of time, they did not wanted to give us PU number, telling they are waiting for the customer to respond. 20 min later Scheider truck pulls in and takes our load. Realyy shitty move.

Brian is a nice guy! He provided a TONU after the customer mistakenly requested a truck. It’s nice to find good brokers who stand up for their carriers!

What has happened to the standards of the dress code? I often see drivers running around at customers and truck stops with their pants hanging over their butt.
