General Purpose Movers LLC

★★★★★★★★★★ Yelp

We hired general purpose, movers to pack and move a 2800 square-foot home. I had 90% packed already they just needed to do my kitchen, the back storage room which was 3/4 of the way done and some odds and ends in the shed outside. They had to move those boxes that they packed plus the all the furni...

I am so upset with our move to our new home. We had 2 storage units and then items at the home we were staying at for 3 months while building a new home. When my boyfriend set up the move, he even inquired about 2 trucks knowing the items we have. He was offered a double rate for the 2 trucks but on...

I used these movers and they we very professional from the scheduling process thru delivery. Everything was packed into the truck with care and precision. The final bill was almost exactly what they estimated. I recommend this service for any of your moving needs.

This review is very delinquent...we had been burned by a local mover in the Chicago area and then had a bad experience with one of the national companies--So I am always on the defensive when working with moving companies. We used General Purpose movers 3x (a move from one home in Middleton to anoth...

We moved into a new house this past weekend. Ben and Shahan were right on time, efficient, professional, and made sure fragile items were packed and shrinkwrapped appropriately. This is my second move with GP Movers. Both moves have been positive, reasonably-priced experiences. We enjoy working with...

If you want stuff broke and to be billed twice as much as they estimated hire these jokers. Never again!

Wow. Loved my experience with GP Movers. Taylor and Brent were courteous, on time and a very efficient team. I could not have been more pleased. Both were pleasant young men, very personable. The quote was spot on and owner Ben Vezzetti was responsive to all of my questions. Highly recommended.

We've used them a few times and they do a good job and are friendly. The first time they were a little late so it was understandable. The second time they were very late which wasn't ok.The rating would be better if they weren't so late the second time.

Go with 2 Men & a Truck instead, like we did. They were able to accommodate us in a short time frame and they were able to get the job done in 4 hrs rather than the anticipated 6 hrs. They were more direct with their communication and didn't send me an email on the day I thought we had agreed on, wh...
