Started out great. Very responsive. But when our items were delivered there was so much damage. Scratched and gouged wood, bent metal shelves, broken legs. None of the furniture was wrapped. For a $6000 move, we are so disappointed. Eric hasn't responded to my messages and pictures about the damage....
