We are repeat customers of Big Dog Movers, and we want to express that they are fantastic! It has been three weeks since our move but, we want to be sure to give thanks to a great crew of movers, Nick, Kayvon, and Jon! Each crew member was respectful, considerate, personable, and efficient, taking c...

Jon and Gabe did an amazing job moving all my stuff. They were very friendly, professional, and handled all my things with care. Pricing is fair as well. I would highly recommend big dog movers for any move! Thank you, Jon and Gabe!

the 3 guys who did arrive were very nice and friendly! I knew it would be a tight squeeze for my couches to get into the basement, and I had advised several times to the movers if they don't fit. please don't force it. well they managed to get them. in the basement but not without scratches, ho...

We are extremely disappointed. What began as a great relationship with responsive communication with Jesse has ended in Big Dog Movers ghosting me. They won't respond to my emails about documented damage resulting in their stacking heavy boxes on top of ones marked 'Fragile' and identified with red...

CJ, KJ, and Chagkan Thank you so much! Big Dog had an excellent crew to assist with my move. The entire process was surprisingly easy, and the crew even made it fun. I would certainly consider moving again, but I’m glad I won’t have to! 😂 Big Dog was only my second call, and they answered the phon...

These guys moved the contents of two storage units in Madison to one large one in Verona for me. They were pleasant, kept me informed, always instantly accessible and fun to work with. They arranged my stuff exactly as I wanted and gave a reasonable estimate of the cost before hand. I would use them...

I hired the company primarily to move some large pieces into a smaller apartment. I was mainly concerned about the couch fitting. I sent them many pictures to review. They also had the option of visiting the site beforehand to make sure they could do the job. They accepted the job and said they c...

Great experience. Asked sensible questions beforehand to make sure there were no surprises. The guys who moved me on the day worked with maximum efficiency, minimum fuss, and were really nice people too. They listened to my directions, talked me through their approach to some heavy items, and were e...

I was moving an upright piano from not too far outside Madison to Fitchburg. Mike and Jesse were helpful in getting things set up and organized. The move went without at hitch. Mike and his crew members were professional, organized and extremely careful with the piano. They were also bloody strong a...

Great service, very professional. The 3 guys that moved my stuff were very mindful of fragile items, and when they didnt have stuff in their hands they were running up and down the stairs when going upstairs or down to the basement to take another load. I appreciated this since you are billed by the...

These guys are simply incredible. They are not only strong, but they also know what they are doing. Their smart approach to work, polite communication, and friendliness make them stand out. Not only do they specialize in local moves, but they also provide excellent service for long-distance moves. T...

I had a couch picked up at a consignment shop in Madison and delivered to Albany - Jesse was on the phone to let me know that they were on their way - both he and Dan were lovely - no problems whatsoever...I will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs a mover - well worth the money...MPF
