Sales Lady at the time was great! Actual movers were reckless & damaged multiple pieces of furniture! They did have the furniture repaired, though. Why would movers remove the wrapping/moving pads prior to entering the house and risk damaging our possessions? Hopefully they have better crews than us...

Last time they moved me I was moving into a third floor apartment, the place I moved into had elevators once in awhile we had to wait for an elevator at the end of the job the guy quoted me $1,000 and told me to my face it was so expensive because they had to wait for that elevator.
